Welcome Homes in Sacramento, California are temporary shelter homes for foster youth run by the Department of Child, Family, and Adult Services (DCFAS). The homes are located in residential neighborhoods and provide a safe and supportive environment for children while DCFAS finds permanent placements.

Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program

STRTP's are residentially based EPSDT Mental Health Services for youth who are involved with DCFAS, County Probation, or AAP. Services are for youth between ages of 12 to 18 and who meet the IPC criteria for residentially based services.
