How to Access and Register in OpenGov

1. Register for a free vendor account at OpenGov Procurement & Contract Management.
2. Subscribe to SacCountyEbids to ensure you receive bid notifications from Sacramento County

Accessing Bidding Opportunities once registered and subscribed

1. Log in to your OpenGov account.
2. Search for the solicitation(s) you are interested in receiving more information about and/or applying for.
3. Click Follow to receive updates and addenda regarding any solicitations you are interested in.
4. Download all documents and submit your application directly through the OpenGov portal.  Be sure to follow the timelines posted for each competitive selection process.
